Thank you for shopping with Bulky Mart! We ship nationwide across India. This policy explains our shipping and delivery practices.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes in India and are continually expanding our reach.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (metro cities are usually faster)
  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days, subject to courier availability
  • Same/Next‑Day Delivery: Available in select cities on eligible products

Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or logistical delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on eligible prepaid orders
  • Nominal COD charges may apply where Cash on Delivery is available

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment.
  • You will receive order confirmation and shipping updates via SMS / email.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

5. Packaging & Handling

All products are securely packed to prevent transit damage. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number and link via SMS / email so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

7. Failed Deliveries & Re‑Attempts

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to two times.
  • If undelivered, the parcel is returned to us and re‑shipping charges may apply.

8. Non‑Deliverable Areas

Some remote or restricted locations may be unserviceable. We will notify you promptly if your address is outside our delivery network.
