Returns & Refunds Policy — Bulky Mart

Bulky Mart puts your satisfaction first. If you’re not happy with a product, we offer easy returns and refunds under the guidelines below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • The product is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
  • You raise the return request within 30 days of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@bulkymart.com or call +91 84190 08600.
  2. Share your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will schedule a pickup or guide you through the return process.
  4. Ensure the product is securely packed with all original tags, invoice, and accessories.

3. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.

4. Replacements

If an item is damaged or defective, we’ll provide a free replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund if a replacement isn’t possible.


5. Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet policy conditions.
  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
