2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging, tags, accessories, and the invoice.
  • The product is not damaged, altered, or used.
  • For electronics, there are no signs of installation or prior usage.

3. Replacements

  • Replacements are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • We provide free replacement for eligible cases reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer / UPI.

5. Return Shipping

  • In most eligible cases, return shipping will be arranged by us.
  • In some cases, you may be asked to ship the item back and provide a tracking ID.
  • No restocking fees apply.
