✅ Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.

  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or used.

  • Electronics must have no signs of installation or usage.

🔁 Replacements

  • Replacements are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • We offer a free replacement for eligible cases if reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

💳 Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed:

  • Within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product

  • Using the original payment method or via bank transfer/UPI

🔄 Return Shipping

  • In most eligible cases, return shipping will be arranged by us.

  • In some cases, customers may be asked to ship the item back and share a tracking ID.

  • No restocking fees will be charged.
