- Repair & Spare Parts
Covered under warranty:
- Manufacturing defects
- Functional issues under normal usage
- Hardware malfunctions (where applicable)
Not covered: Damage caused by misuse, physical damage, unauthorized repairs, or water exposure.
2. Warranty Duration
Coverage duration varies by product and brand. Standard periods include:
- 3 – 6 months for most electronic accessories
- 12 months for select premium products (if stated on the product page)

Note: If the item must be shipped back, initial shipping costs are borne by the customer. Once approved, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or store credit.
4. Warranty Exclusions
- Physical damage, accidents, negligence
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery degradation)
- Water damage (unless explicitly rated water‑resistant)
- Consumables such as packaging, screen guards, etc.
5. Manufacturer Warranty
If a product carries a manufacturer warranty, we will help connect you with the brand’s authorized service centre. Claims under a manufacturer warranty must be handled according to the brand’s terms.
6. Important Notes
- Warranty is non‑transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Warranty claims are subject to approval by Bulky Mart or the respective manufacturer.
- Products marked as clearance, open‑box, or no warranty are not eligible.
